Audit Access Logs
The Audit Access Logs page allows administrators to generate and download reports containing user access activity within the application. These reports can be generated either for recent activity (last 7 days) or for a custom date range, and are delivered in CSV format via email.
Accessing the Audit Access Logs Page
- Log in to the application using an account with Administrator privileges.
- Navigate to Admin Settings → Audit Access Logs.

Upon opening the page, the following report generation options are available:

Option A: Retrieve User Access Logs for the Last 7 Days
This option generates a report containing user access activity for the last seven days.
- Click Retrieve User Access Logs for the Last 7 Days.
- A GAL User Selection popup window will be displayed.
- Search for and select the required application user whose access logs need to be retrieved.
- Click Save and Close.
- The popup window will close, and a report generation request will be submitted to the server.

After click of button Save and Close, popup will get close and report generation request will be sent to the server

Important Note
If the selected user has never logged in to the application, no access log data will be available. In such cases, an error message will be displayed indicating that no log data exists for the selected user. You may then select a different user and try again.

In some cases, a user's last login may have occurred before the selected start date. As a result, no access log data will be available for the specified date range. In such cases, an error message will be displayed indicating that no log data exists for the selected user. You may then select a different user or modify the date range and try again.

Once the report has been generated successfully, an email containing a link to download the CSV report will be sent to the registered email address.
Option B: Retrieve User Access Logs for a Custom Date Range
This option allows administrators to generate access log reports for a specific period, up to a maximum of 90 days.
- Click Retrieve User Access Logs for a Custom Date Range.
- Click the Choose User button.
- A GAL User Selection popup window will appear.
- Search for and select the required user.
- Click Save and Close to confirm the selection.
- The popup window will close and the date filter section will be displayed.
- Select the required From Date and To Date.
- Click Get Filtered Data for User.

The application will submit the request to the server for report generation.

After the report has been processed, an email will be sent containing a downloadable CSV report link.

No Data Available
If no access log data exists for the selected user during the specified date range, an email notification will still be sent; however, no CSV download link will be included.

Report Format
Generated audit reports are provided in CSV (Comma-Separated Values) format and can be downloaded from the link included in the email notification.
