By clicking on Schedule My Webinar button you can get the feature of Scheduled Webcast meeting .
In Webcast Details you can fill details like webcast name webcast start time end time .
Set start time .
User can set time by clicking on the Clock icon button .
User can set testing schedule by selecting date and time mentioned there .
After adding time click on Add button you can select multiple adding time .
User can add multiple testing schedule and add, if user wants to remove any testing schedule user can do so by clicking on Remove button .
After that click on Next button .
If the user select below check box then viewer will have to filling this requirement with proper data for login to view the webcast .
After filling the date click on Next button.
Now the Viewer have to login to view the webcast .
After that click on Next button .
User can set Webinar logo, Webinar error image, Pre-Webinar image, Post webinar image in manage media .
User can set Custom Background image, video .
User can use same background and image for all meeting by clicking Enable Same Setting For All Meeting button .
You can set webinar cost by setting this cost you will add more option in webinar to make webinar more better .
User can add number of viewers according the requirement .
User can also increase or decrease webcast time by clicking +/- icon button .
After set up it will show final cost below .
By clicking on Other Option user will get the option to add feedback and survey URL to get viewer feedback .
User can enable chat bot by clicking on ChatBot button. This is a link for android by adding this link user will create Whatsapp group. Chat bot is like support system for app where user can ask any query and on admin side of chat bot can reply to their queries.
Add link .
By hitting ChatBot link it will navigate to Whatsapp group .
User can add webinar related media by enabling Session Info option .
After filling all click on Create Webinar button.
Click on JOIN NOW button to start webinar .
After clicking on GO TO CALENDER button page it will navigate you to calendar page .
Click on the created webinar .
Click on Join button .
User can edit the webinar by clicking on Edit button .
You can share istudio lite link below to other user to join.
Other user can join the webinar by using lite link .
All joined user feed will display like this .
User Can See the options by clicking on the Ellipse Button given below .
User can Chat ,share the screen and raise hand .
User can Toggle Tile view and Full Screen .
Start Webcast clicking on the icon button shown below.
You can share the live webinar with audience/viewer by sharing light app public link .
Viewer have to fill this option to view the webinar .
Viewer can also ask any question to the presenter .
Click On the Survey button for feedback.
Fill The Survey Form And Submit .
After disconnecting the meeting the User can see a Pop Up coming to give a Feedback .
User can give their Feedback and Submit .
