Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is an advanced security protocol that enhances the login process by requiring users to provide two or more authentication factors before accessing an account or system.
Add Username and Password to login . Put the AD Username and Password and then click on Sign In.
Or Choose Email With Password. Put the Email ID Password and then click on Sign In.
After successfully logging in, the user shall be prompted with a dialog box to enter the OTP, which has already been sent to the user's registered email ID.
The OTP will be valid for 15 minutes only. In case the user does not receive any OTP email after logging in, the user can retrigger it by clicking on the 'ReSend OTP' button.
The user is required to enter a valid OTP within 15 minutes, as the current session will expire after this time. If the user fails to enter the OTP within the specified timeframe, they will need to restart from step 1.
In the event that the user does not receive any OTP email, even after clicking the 'Resend OTP' button three times in consecutive sessions, the user is encouraged to report the issue to the administrator as outlined below.
If user enters wrong or expired OTP, user's session will get expired with message. User is required to Login again.
