Webcast WorkFlow & Pre-Requsites

WorkFlows:

A. Webcast Using Microsoft Teams Through iStudio

1. All the Presenters shall connect on Teams meeting for the webcast

2. Screensharing/ Video sharing shall be done in Teams meeting

3. Teams meeting shall be created by ICICI Team.

4. Please add '[email protected]' in Microsoft teams invite.

5. ICICI Moderator shall Mute/Unmute any User of Microsoft Teams or Pin/Unpin as per need

6. Whatever Is being shown on Teams Application shall be streamed "As-Is" on Webcast.

B. Webcast using any 3rd Party Agency Through iStudio

1. Audio/ Video at the location/Auditorium or any customization on which screen to show or whose Audio to be broadcasted shall be handled by the Agency and the final steam which they shall send through their Mixer shall be received by Istudio shall be Broadcasted.

2. Streaming details (Stream ID/ RTMP server Details) shall be sent by Cognosys before dry run

3. Final Stream received from agency shall be broadcasted "As-Is" on istudio by Cogosys

Pre-requisites for Dry Run / Final Event

1. Request you to do the Dry Run setup at the actual venue

2. Laptop / Comp should be of Min 4GB RAM/I5+

3. Laptop / comp should have Upload Speed of Min 10mbps Dedicated internet speed with No Proxy.

4. Third Party Mixer / Auditorium Camera / Mic should be connected to the Laptop / Comp which is going to be used for the final event.

Please talk to ICICI Network Team if the event is being done from ICICI Network to ensure you have Dedicated Upload Bandwidth available without Proxy
