Create Webinar with Basic details

To create a new webinar, please follow the steps below:

If user is not logged in, then Click on the link below,

Log in with your AD credentials.

If you are already logged into the application, simply navigate to the "Schedule My Webinar" menu, which will take you directly to the webinar creation page.

In Basic Info you can fill details like webcast name webcast start time end time.

Add/Edit Webcast Name

Set start time/ end time by clicking Calendar icon, when date and time selected, just click on Set button of calendar to set selected values to form. Cancel button of calendar simply discard changes which done in popup and you will get same unchanged values for start/end time.

User can set testing schedule by selecting date and time mentioned there .

After adding time click on Add button you can select multiple adding time .

Then go to next tab, "Cost Estimate", to review cost estimation of current webinar.

In this tab user can select multiple additional options such as Number of Viewers that will attend webinar, Cloud Setup that will handle load of webinar, QnA session charges etc. and so on.

Now user can save webcast/webinar with these minimum basic details, by clicking on "Save Webcast" button present at top-left corner of schedule webcast form.

User will receives success message on screen, and user gets navigate to details page, from where user can copy details of scheduled webinar/webcast like Viewers link, Stats/Chat link with QR code images.

Another way to reach on Meeting Details page, Goto "VC" menu on left sidebar of application, then goto "Scheduler" submenu, on clicking user will land on calendar-style UI, showing all meetings/webinar of which user is associated inside there respective date blocks.

On Meeting Details page, user will get summary of selected webinar/meeting. From this user can copy meeting details by clicking on Copy Details button. Additional user will receives mail, including basic details of webinar, links and some other important information regarding webinar/webcast, also same mail can be re-triggered from this details page by clicking on Send on Mail button.

QR code available for each links and can be copy/scan/download easily from application.
